Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Teleframe apps and the Teleframe account service collect and why. Teleframe is made and provided by Chen Nie, an individual developer (“we”, “us”), who is responsible for this data. We collect as little as we can.
What stays on your devices
The contents of your screen, terminal, agent sessions and files travel directly between your own devices, encrypted end to end. They do not pass through Teleframe’s servers, and we cannot see them. Voice dictation is processed on your device.
What the account service stores
- Your email address.
- A hashed copy of each one-time sign-in code, which expires after 10 minutes.
- The times of recent code requests, used to limit abuse.
- Hashed session tokens.
- For each device you sign in on: its name, its kind (for example Mac or iPad), its model, a public key used for pairing, and when it was added and last seen.
While a device is online, the service also holds its local network address in memory so your other devices can reach it. This address is not stored.
Sign-in emails
When you ask for a sign-in code, the email shows the requesting device’s type and system version, its approximate location and its IP address, so you can spot requests you didn’t make. These details are used to write that email and are not kept in our database.
What we don’t do
No advertising, no tracking across apps or websites, no analytics SDKs, and no selling or sharing of personal data. This website sets no cookies.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the account service and this website and delivers sign-in emails. It processes requests, including IP addresses, on our behalf. Purchases are handled by Apple; we never receive your payment details.
Retention and deletion
Sign-in codes are deleted when used or expired. You can delete your account in Teleframe for Mac (Devices ▸ Delete account), which removes your account, sessions and devices from the service. You can also ask us to delete it by email at support@teleframe.ai.
Children
Teleframe is not directed to children under 13.
